The Kenya Service Hub Portal is a portal developed by UNON whose purpose is to provide a single point of entry to all UNON Administrative services users, enabling them to request all UNON services. The portal also includes share guidance, FAQs and forms related to administrative and operational support.

The hub is intended for use by administrative and operational support partners and clients supported by UNON.

You will find all the services provided by UNON as well as forms to request services or support. Services requested through this website will automatically create service requests in Ineed and will be handled by the respective teams. Anywhere and any device. In addition to browsing the site on your desktop or laptop computer you can also easily access it through mobile browsers.

If UNON is your service provider, please log in using your Microsoft 365 account. If the system displays the message "The signed-in user is not assigned to a role," click here to initiate an access request. If you do not have a Microsoft 365 account, please request your respective UN administrative assistant or staff member to submit the request on your behalf.
